Spiced Turmeric Latte

vegan, refined sugar free, diary free, gluten free & wheat free golden milk*

With energising ginger, to releive nausea, & tumeric to reduce pain and inflammation; This quick and simple latte soothes my tummy, head and muscles on a bad day, without having to stand to prepare a whole meal first thing in the morning.

Serves 1 (muliply for multiples)

What do I need?

  • 1 cup of coconut milk {or milk of your choice, as long as it’s full fat!}
  • 1 tsp fresh turmeric, finely chopped {or tsp of powder}
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped {or tsp of powder}
  • 1-2 tsp coconut sugar {to taste}
  • 1 pinch of Himilayan pink salt
  • Nutmeg and/or cracked black pepper, to top

What should I do?

  1. Steam milk, or warm on the hob.
  2. Put all of your ingredients in a blender, adding coconut sugar to taste gradually. Just hold back some froth if you’ve steamed.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour and top with froth, nutmeg and/or cracked black pepper.
  5. Find blanket.
